"Not enough cycling accidents", says Garmin
Lap #21

Don’t you [beep] love it when [beep] you [beep] are enjoying [beep] a ride and [beep] Garmin tells [beep] you that there [beep] is a bump [beep] that you [beep] just [beep] hit because [beep] you were [beep] looking at [beep] your [beep] Garmin? [beep]

Cycling Distractions Needed
Cyclists can now spend less time looking where they’re going thanks to Garmin’s latest software update.
Riders will randomly be prompted with complex questions ranging from difficult (what is a kilometer?) to impossible (what should we do for dinner?).
Garmin cited low incident metrics stemming from its Road Hazard distractions notifications update as motivation for this roll out.
Cyclists reportedly figured out how to turn off the randomly generated notifications. As a result, Garmin devices will now lock until the correct answer is provided to ensure maximum distraction.
